  1. Returns: We accept returns within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Refunds - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your credit after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate store credit. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping will not be refunded if the product has been shipped, and a transaction fee of $2.50 will be deducted

  3. Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 10 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy:

At Pretty Standard, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer the following shipping options for our customers:

  1. Standard AUS-WIDE Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, and will typically arrive within 5-7 business days.

  2. Standard International Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days, and will typically arrive within 10-12 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary based on the shipping destination and the shipping option chosen.

In addition to shipping, we also offer free local pickup at our store location. Simply select the "Local Pickup" option during checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event your package is ‘Lost in Transit’ due to Australia post, a full refund will be issued, through Pretty Standard at the expense of Australia Post.
